Hardtops for pickups

A well-chosen hardtop can significantly expand a pickup truck’s versatility and improve daily operations. Ronika manufactures hardtops within the European Union tailored for several popular pickup models: Isuzu D-Max, Volkswagen Amarok, Toyota Hilux, Foton Tunland, and Ford Ranger.

Development of a hardtop for the 2026 Toyota Hilux model is currently nearing completion.

Development has begun on a hardtop for the Dongfeng Z9 / Santana 400 pickup.

Focus on practicality and compatibility

Each hardtop is designed to match the specific body shape and mounting points of the pickup. This ensures seamless installation and reliable performance. Depending on the model, various options are available, including door configurations, interior lighting, ventilation solutions, shelving, and other accessories.

Accessories and equipment

Based on the available catalogs, the accessories offered include:

• LED interior lighting with a switch for improved visibility in the cargo area.
• Roof ventilation—either electric or wind-driven—suitable for transporting animals or moisture-sensitive cargo.
• Storage shelves designed for standard cargo boxes offered by Ronika, with the option of adding aluminum rails for extra securing points.

These solutions allow the hardtop to be adapted for various work or leisure scenarios—ranging from tool storage to the transport of expedition gear or cargo.

Colors and Surface Finish

Hardtops are available either unpainted or painted according to the customer-provided OEM color code. A Raptor coating option is also offered; this provides a textured finish with superior resistance to mechanical impact and environmental conditions.

Manufacturing and Custom Design

All hardtops are manufactured in-house, so it is possible to adjust certain parts as needed or create a customized solution for customers who need custom options, for example, to adapt non-standard door configurations, install internal shelves or special mountings for equipment. In addition to the models currently produced, hardtops for other models are also being developed, which will apply the same design principles: model-specific construction, practical accessories and configurations suitable for both commercial and private users.
