Hardtops for pickups

A properly selected hardtop can significantly expand the possibilities of using a pickup truck and improve daily work. Ronika manufactures hardtops in the European Union, adapted to several popular pickup truck models: Isuzu D-Max, Volkswagen Amarok, Toyota Hilux and Foton Tunland. Currently, a version for the Ford Ranger model is being finalized.

Focus on Utility and Compatibility

Each hardtop is designed to match the geometry and mounting points of the specific pickup model. This gives dealerships and end-users a straightforward installation process and predictable performance in daily use. Options vary by model, but typically include different door configurations, interior lighting, ventilation choices, and storage systems.

Practical Equipment and Add-On Options

Our catalog examples show a range of accessories often requested by commercial users:

• LED interior lighting with a switch for better visibility of the cargo area.
• Roof ventilation, available in electric and wind-driven versions, for transporting animals or moisture-sensitive cargo.
• Storage shelf adapted to standard cargo box dimensions, with the option of choosing aluminum rails for additional fastening.

These additions allow dealers to configure the hardtops for a range of trade, fleet, or outdoor-use scenarios.

Manufacturing and Custom Design

All hardtops are produced in-house. This makes it possible to adjust features or develop tailored solutions when a customer needs something beyond standard configurations—whether that’s a specific door layout, internal storage arrangement, or a variation suited for specialized equipment.

Colour and Surface Options

Hardtops can be supplied unpainted or finished in the customer’s OEM colour code. “Raptor” polyurethane coatings are also available for users who prefer a textured, more impact-resistant surface.

Ongoing Development

In addition to current models, work is in progress on new hardtops for other Pickups. Once ready, it will follow the same approach: model-specific fitment, practical accessory options, and configurations suitable for both commercial and private use.
